The Maine Coon Saggy Belly

Before I leave tomorrow's final seminar of ACI, I read today a few lines about the last but one province in our small series, San Jose.

capital city of San José de Costa Rica
Area 4.966 km ^ 2
population 1,435,447 (2007) Density
289 / km ^ 2

The province is home though the capital and therefore over 35% of the population of Costa Rica, but has otherwise no great importance. San José from the southeast, it goes straight into the mountains and on the Cerro de la muerte and then back down into the area of Pérez Zeledón. This way you will pass almost at the National Park Chirripó, in which there is the one with 3,820 meters, the highest mountain in Costa Rica. From its peak you can see on a clear way, both Atlantic and Pacific.

as a policy center called San José, also Chepe, a great deal of importance to all Costa Ricans. Many bureaucratic matters can only be done here and so It is also in the transport network of the undisputed central hub. But many tourists plan their first few nights after arriving here and so the hotels are well attended. As San José, but may not exactly shine with beauty, the hotel stays are probably most likely short-lived. Thanks to the Gold Museum, National Museum and Theater San Jose but still can score points on the cultural side.

With Intel and Bridgestone in the global sector and Lizano Dos Pinos and San Jose on Latin American is theoretically very well placed much of actually existing money goes but unfortunately in the bureaucracy and corruption probably jungle. Although San José is the economic center of Costa Rica, all heavy goods but must of course either through the Inter-American Highway to the north or south will be done, or of course to Caldera or Limon on shipping. The city is very heavily dependent on the not very good roads, what causes some problems financially.

I think I've often mentioned how much I try to avoid the drive to San José. This has become over the year worse rather than better, so I'm always glad to be landed here in Palmares. An important goal in the province is but with the Chirripó in any case pending. So the only province still has a functioning rail network and when his home town of San José Carlos has been a course for the very great importance. In addition, of course, is a major part of all my friends on either the U or the UCR Latina in San Pedro.
